Nothing could be easier than using Lok8me. After registration the location of a mobile phone can be viewed on the Verify & Locate website. All that's needed is a PC with an Internet connection and the number of the target device.

This service is available for any mobile cell phone on the Vodafone, O2, Orange, and T-Mobile networks.
